This design is named M-chair, Groovy or F598. The chair is, according to Artifort, a favorite among the hip avant-garde. The chair is still frequently sold. The model is made in endless types and coloured coatings.

Not only the organic shape, but also the base with an aluminium profile, is very special. The Groovy is part of the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne.
